These PharmaCare Gel Sore Spots are washable, transparent gel spots that are made from a soft gel with self-adhesive backing. They provide pressure and friction relief, and the transparent gel is almost invisible to the eye when in the shoe. The spots protect against chafing from footwear and can be applied to either the shoe or on the skin, depending on wherever relief is needed. The gel spots come in a box of 6.

Uses

Application
• Remove the PharmaCare Gel Sore Spots from the packaging
• Peel off the Gel Sore Spots from the transparent film they are on
• The Gel Sore Spots can then be applied to either the skin or the shoe, wherever the relief is needed
