Have you ever been asked questions at the counter about a product and its benefits – do you feel that you lack confidence in giving sound advice?
At PharmaCare Distribution Ltd, we want to provide you with a learning tool that will help boost your knowledge and confidence when it comes to the products we sell to you. We have broken down some relevant topics in our portfolio and provided you with 4 training modules to study. We then provide an online multiple-choice test that will take no more than 20 mins for each module.
At the end of this process, we hope that you will have a good understanding of the products we sell to you, but more importantly, your confidence and knowledge will be significantly increased when it comes to customer queries and giving advice where appropriate.
How it Works?
Our Learning Platform is free to use for Pharmacy Staff, and you can register your account below.
Please note that all new users must be approved by our team, so please allow us 1-2 working days to get your login details approved, so that you can begin the modules. If you will not get any response after 1 – 2 working days, please send an email to megan@pharmacare.ie with your name & pharmacy name.
We provide 4 modules:
- Diagnostics
- First Aid & WoundCare
- Burns
- Sports Related Injuries & Sports Supports
Each Module consists of study material and a short test to ensure that you get the most out of this online learning experience. You must complete one module before moving onto the next. One week after downloading the first module, the test will become available for you.
Please note that the learning portal will be open to individuals for a period of 4 months, where they have the option to complete all 4 of the modules within this space of time. After 4 months, the accounts is automatically deleted.
