The Leukotape Combi Pack is a complete taping system that is designed to provide targeted support and stabilisation for joints, particularly the knee. It combines Leukotape P, a high-strength rigid tape with a strong zinc oxide adhesive, and Fixomull Stretch, a flexible and skin-friendly fixation tape that acts as a protective base layer. This two-layer system is specifically developed for use in patellofemoral taping techniques, including the ‘McConnell method’, and helps to guide the kneecap into proper alignment, reducing pain during movement.
Leukotape P delivers firm, reliable support with excellent adhesion, while Fixomull Stretch helps to minimise skin irritation and improves comfort during wear. Uses

Application
- Remove both tapes from the packaging
- Apply Fixomull Stretch directly to clean, dry skin as a protective base layer
- Cut and position the Fixomull to cover the required area
- Apply Leukotape P over the Fixomull using the desired taping technique
- Ensure firm but comfortable tension to support the joint
- Smooth down the tape to secure adhesion and avoid creases
- Remove carefully after use and replace as needed
