Application
- Clean and dry the affected area
- You may apply a foam underwrap where hair is present for easy removal
- Choose the right size – a quick guide would be 5cm for wrist / 5cm or 7.5cm for ankle / 10cm for knee

- Apply the bandage to the affected area, making sure not to restrict blood flow by applying too tightly
