Application
- Wear one band on each wrist for best results with the button facing inwards
- Position three fingers between the two central tendons just above the wrist
- The position of the index finger is where you should place the button
- Store in cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
- Hand wash in warm, soapy water and dry them naturally
