Application
• Wear one band on each wrist for best results with the button facing inwards
• Position three fingers between the two central tendons just above the wrist
• The position of the index finger is where you should place the button
• Store in cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
• Hand wash in warm, soapy water and dry them naturally
