Description

The Mediana A15 Adult & Pediatric Pads are an essential part of Mediana 15 Heart On AED machine. The pads are placed on the bare chest of a person who is suspected to be suffering from Sudden Cardiac Arrest. Once placed on the chest, the AED unit can determine if the person’s heart is in a lethal rhythm that needs to be treated with a defibrillation shock.
The Mediana A15 Adult & Pediatric Pads must be replaced if:

  • The use by date of the pads has been exceeded
  • When the pads have been used (single use item and must be replaced with new pads)
  • The package of the new pads has been previously damaged
  • The pads have been vent

The Mediana A15 Adult & Pediatric Pads are intended to deliver a shock from the Mediana A15 External Defibrillator. These pads can serve as a replacement for the Mediana A15 External Defibrillator pads, as they are single use.
