The Leukomed T Film Dressing is a sterile water and bacteria proof transparent film dressing with an absorbent pad that can reliably secure cannulae and protect dry wounds. These dressings have a unique, red strip release mechanism allowing quick, simple one-handed application and have a rounded edge design that prevents rucking. These dressings also have a reliable initial and ongoing adhesion for a secure fit, reduced risk of maceration and provides effective protection from water and bacteria. Leukomed T dressings are permeable to water vapour and oxygen and have up to 7 day wear time which can help reduce risk of contamination.

Uses
The Leukomed T Film Dressing is used to reliably secure cannulae and protect dry wounds and provides effective protection from water and bacteria.
Application
- Hold the wound dressing at the red handling tape
- Remove the top layer of the release paper
- Using the handling tape, the wound dressing can be applied accurately to the wound
- Remove the second layer of release paper
- Carefully press the film dressing onto the skin, especially around the edges
- Remove the application film in one go using the red handling tape – pull off the film dressing evenly using one of the edges
