The Foam Shoulder Pad is a piece of foam protective gear that is typically worn by rugby players. It can help to reduce the risk of injury to the shoulder, chest, and upper arm areas during contact or collisions on the field. The pad can be easily applied and fitted using a suitable adhesive spray and/or elastic bandage, providing an extra layer of support at lineouts and at kick-off. It can be cut to size required.

Application
• Cut the Foam Shoulder Pad to size if necessary

• For best results use a quality pre-tape spray and/or a tearable elastic adhesive bandage (EAB) to secure in place
