The PharmaCare Nasal Aspirator is a rubber device with a round bulb and a tapered stem that clears mucus from nostrils of babies or children. It helps the baby breathe easier by gentry drawing mucus from the nose and also reduces the discomfort of a blocked nose. The stem and the bulb of the aspirator can be separated for easier cleaning, and the stem is transparent, meaning that one can tell how much mucus is removed.
Uses
The PharmaCare Nasal Aspirator can be used to reduce discomfort and clear mucus from nostrils of babies or children.
Application
- Remove the PharmaCare Nasal Aspirator from the packaging
- Always use the product with adult supervision and inspect it before use
- Squeeze the bulb, then gently insert only the tip of the aspirator stem into the baby / child’s nostril
- Slowly release the bulb to create suction that pulls out the mucus
- Using a tissue, squeeze the bulb into the tissue several times to get rid of the removed mucus
- Repeat with the other nostril if necessary
- To clean, separate the bulb and the stem, rinse well, and let air dry
- Dispose of the product at first sign of damage or weakness
