The PharmaCare Dispensing Pill Tray (2 Rows) is designed to support safe and accurate medication management for patients who take medicines twice daily. Each tray provides 14 clearly labelled compartments, one for every morning and evening dose across a full week, which helps users to maintain an organised medication regimen.
Transparent seals cover each slot, and once opened, the seal breaks and this gives patients or carers a clear visual indicator that the scheduled medication has already been taken. This feature is particularly useful for individuals with mild dementia, memory challenges, or anyone who needs a straightforward way to track their daily medication intake. Replacement seals can be purchased separately if required.

Uses

Application
- Remove one Pharmacare 2 Rows Dispensing tray, one seal and one record card from the packet
- Fill the compartments with medication as prescribed
- Stick the seal on the top of the tray
- Complete the medication record card and place on the top of the sealed tray
- Bend the top part of the medication record card, peel off the protective film and stick it to the top side of the tray
- Always make sure that patient details corresponds with the doctor’s prescription
