The PharmaCare Absorbent Foam Dressing is a non-adherent wound contact layer. This breathable dressing has excellent absorbency but maintains a moist wound environment, and can be used as a primary or secondary dressing.
These are single use only, and come in a pack of 6.

Uses
The PharmaCare Absorbent Foam Dressing is adaptable for different phases of wound healing, especially exudating wounds. It is suitable for 1st and 2nd degree burns (post burn), traumatic injuries, bedsores, pressure ulcers, wound cavities and post-surgery wounds. It prevents exudate from re-entering the wound. It can be used as a primary or secondary dressing.
Application
- Remove the PharmaCare Absorbent Foam Dressing from the packaging
- Clean the affected area
- Carefully remove the dressing from the individual packaging
- Gently place the dressing over the affected area ensuring that the area is fully covered
- Secure the dressing to the skin using tape
