Description

The PharmaCare Dispensing Pill Tray allows for the planning of patient medications either daily, by week, or by time of the day (morning, noon, evening & bedtime). The trays are designed to help users keep track of their daily medication and safely take their prescribed medications at the right day and time. Pharmacists put the tablets into individual boxes in the trays, each one indicating when they should be taken.

The trays have transparent seals which, when broken, indicates to a patient or their carer that the medication has been taken at the prescribed day and time. The pill tray can be helpful for people with mild dementia or memory problems to remember if they have taken their own medication.

Included in a box of PharmaCare Dispensing Pill Trays are:

  • 100 x PharmaCare Dispensing Pill Trays
  • 100 x Medication Record Cards
  • 100 x Daily Seals (7 days a week x 4 times in a day slots)

Size of trays: 16.5cm x 21.8cm x 2.2cm.
