Description
The BV FFP2 Duckbill Mask is a particle filtering half mask designed to protect against solid and liquid aerosols. This mask aids in reducing the exposure to airborne particles when worn and is composed of different non-woven fabrics in layers to meet specific functions. These various layers of non-woven fabric are ultrasonically welded. The filtration layer is composed of different grammages in order to provide the defined filtration efficiency FFP2.
These masks are individually packed within the cardboard box. Each box contains 20 individual masks.
Uses
The BV FFP2 Duckbill Mask is intended to protect against both solid and liquid aerosols.
Application
- Remove the plastic wrapping from the BV FFP2 Duckbill Mask
- Bend the nose clip around the fingers to form the nose shape
- Hold the mask in position over the nose and mouth, with the retaining straps around the bac of the hand
- Pull the lower portion of the strap over the head to fit around the neck
- Stretch and pull the upper strap over the head and adjust it on the back of the head above the ears – the straps must not be twisted
- Using both hands, form the nose clip around the nose and adjust the tension in the upper and lower portions of the continuous loop head strap in order to achieve a proper face seal
