- Remove the “Natural Fiber” Nail File from the packaging
- Pick which side is best needed for the nails
- Glide file along nails following their natural shape and always file in the same direction
- One side of the file is coarse (120/180) to file the nails
- The other side has finer grain (220) which can be used to shape the nails
